What is this, exactly?
A companion you shape yourself - you pick the name, the role and the way it talks to you - that remembers what you tell it and is available whenever you are. It is an AI, and it will tell you so if you ask.
What happens after my 100 free messages?
The counter resets on the first of every calendar month, so you get another 100. If you run out before then you can upgrade, or buy a one-off pack of messages without starting a subscription.
How does the memory work?
As you talk, your companion pulls out the things that seem to matter - your goals, your people, important dates - and keeps them. Weeks later it can bring them up on its own. You can download everything it has remembered at any time from your account settings, and deleting your account erases all of it.
Can I create more than one companion?
Free gives you one. Plus allows three and Pro allows ten, each with its own personality and its own separate memory.
Who can read my conversations?
Your conversations are yours and we do not sell them or use them to train models. They are not end-to-end encrypted, though - we store them so your companion can remember them, and staff can technically access the database. We would rather say that plainly than claim otherwise. You can export or delete everything at any time from your account settings.
Will you email me?
No. We do not send email at all - no receipts, no newsletters, no reminders. Anything we need to tell you appears in the app.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your subscription page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
